with the subject of Kundalini, thoughts bombarded in my brains, energy, the vibrations of Kundalini energy, the latent energy hidden in every individual, yes, it can be tapped, either by yogic practices, meditation, or even by leading simple pure spiritual lifestyle.
The subject , Kundalini Awakening, no doubt is vast and each one experiences it differently. While some say a spurt of white energy moves with force from the base, dark, spinal column, and passing from each chakra, and with a positive force overflows from the crown chakra.
Then some feel extensive heat, building up in the back area of the spine and neck. Some feel seizures, and maybe the body trembles a bit . The process of Awakening Kundalini goes over for years, at least I have gone through for years, not an easy one. Trials, tried and tested, time and again from Universe, health, wealth, relationships , every aspect of life, till you have gone through the turmoils, comes the dawn , the ray of light, its really a very beautiful experience! Things begin to happen! Yes, its as if a flow, of energy, life moving on gracefully, suddenly all is healed!
Immense Happiness, a trance, yes the burning of the back and neck is too much ,many times. but worth the effort! The energy always has to be used in a constructive, positive manner for the benefit of others , and in case used wrongly, then there are cases of people going insane and mad! Awesome Feelings!

Kundalini is what healers describe a pair of snakes, coiled energy form
at the base of the spine. The energy exists in latent form and needs to be
activated. This can be done by meditation, exercises and a spiritually rich
lifestyle of pure intentions. The energy moves into sparks, a spurge, a
rush of energy and a soothing force. Each one has a different experience with Kundalini
Awakening. The Awakening process may be a few minutes or years together with
gradual changes.
Then also
there are many chronic disease that need attention come forthe and are attended
to, this is a guidance from the universe for developing self love, care
and confidence. At present still toothache has been for more than two
months,(got it extracted) migraines are
in control, but time and again this pain is a message from the universe to
adapt and change, to accept oneself as it is, a pure beautiful soul and always
go with the flow. The pain till it serves some purposes persists, it is you who
have to let go, and put the intentions clearly to the Universe that this pain
does not serve any purpose, and that all is well now, and gradually it goes
away.

Paintings
on the Subject of Kundalini have come up from a blessed soul , she wanted
a large sized artwork , and then it was as if a Pandora's box opened, The
light, the white energy all is experienced differently for each one and sparks
began to fly! Again with my Reiki meditations at dawn, the experiences felt are
Awesum! And I always pray for just about everyone!

Then also
the Awakening of Kundalini is more difficult for some and very easy effortless
for some. Many healers do leave the road as it begins to grow difficult but
guess my bloodline, of spiritual Sufi saints and healers from both my parents sides,
our history dates back to hundreds of years, and their tombs are still visited
with hope and miraculous energy, this was quite a backing I guess for me to
keep going, as I always say, I did not choose this path, art chose me!
Kundalini
awakening requires a lot of exercises and guided meditations, as people are unable
to handle the energy sometimes, things begin to happen so fast , it is very
easy to get an inflated ego with the power... you need to be grounded and
humble for the Blessings of the Universe. Becoming a child like innocent soul,
will lead you to spiritual bliss! Some people also find it as a natural
process, for me it was so, I was doing sincere healing without remunerations
and hoping for best, no expectations. While life changes were trying there were
no special meditations or chanting or exercises that I do now, just pure
sincere self less hard work! The most difficult task was forgiveness, once you
overcome this hurdle, yes, and after this step all is bliss!
How does a

confused does not show results, but when you are surrounded by symbols of

everyone who views this. Things do resurface, that were on background, things
come in open, and you face it and heal it! Every aspect of your life! I just always put intent that the process of
Enlightenment and Awakening be a less trying one, and here the healing art
assists in bringing positive gradual changes. It is best to hang spiritual

As Awakening kundalini surfaced so came the understanding for balancing the seven main chakras. Each one corresponds to a different life sector energy and a awakened, healthy happy individual has balanced chakras and also keep working towards keeping them balanced for life.
Chakras are activated with esoteric sounds and mantras. Healing Reiki symbols, colours for activating each chakra and using chanting methods along with mediation, gives Awesum results.
Yoga and exercise do help in
balancing the chakra but the solar plexus often shouts, follow your gut! That’s
what I have learned over the years with healing. The knot in the stomach and
the increased heart beat is in no way a sickness, it is your soul letting you
understand what really is good for you. Follow your passions, try new things,
eat new foods, keep the fire in your belly alive and the beautiful Manipura
chakra will open and bloom , this will be seen and felt by everyone around you!
