Visited native ground, short coincidence trip, Bijapur. How my journey unfolds...bringing me to this beautiful place, Sufi Saints shrine, Hazrath Hasham peer Dastagir, finding my roots, links,
ancestors.. links to maternal and paternal ancestors in birth place Ahmed Nagar, Haji Hasan Shah Kadri, .
Awesum! Native Place, Heritage Structures! There is so much to being an healing artists, you are guided to your best and as part of your soul healing are the past present future energies begin the process of healing. Visiting here gave me immense satisfaction of feeling connected to my roots. Coming from generations of Sufi healers the connection came as Hasham Peer Dastagir being spiritual teacher to my ancestor and then the lineage continued with spreading healing sufi way of healing through generations and still does from my maternal side. making naksh and tawiz and spiritual texts symbols charms and amulets. Strange connection ,my father has his roots in Bijapur, native place, hence the links connect magically from both sides to my blood.

of the dignified personality of the 17th century who migrated to Bijapur from Ahmed Abad Gujarat and made the land enlightened with his grace, mercy, preaching’s, blessing and prayers, Not only to the people of
the time but to the people who visit his tomb with great love devotion and
belief. Whose tomb is situated to left side of the famous historical monument’ The Golgumabaz ‘ of
Bijapur which in itself is the magnificent proof of the great merciful deed of the saint, Qubute-Deccan
,Hazrath Hashim peer Dastageer , Rehmatullah –Alaih .It was his grace that he rendered his precious 10 year of life to the king Mohammad Ali Adil shah IInd’ so that he can complete the building of Golgumaz,Who was very ill at the time and was near death .Hazrath Hashim peer Dastagir was
born in 948 Hijri at Burhanpur in Gujarat in the Sayed Sadath family, The direct descendant of Martyr of Karbala Sayedina Imam Hessian son of Hazrath Ali (R,A) and Fatima (R,A) The great pious daughter was Mohammed (S,A,W,S) his father was Hazarath Sayed Shah Burhanuddin Hussin Alwi Ahmed Abadi. Who was the great saint of the time, a noble, laureate and a very Rich Zamindar of the time too.

Bijapur, Hazrath Hashimpeer Dastageer who represents the glorious traditions of Qadriya and Shuttariya Sisila. Hazarth Hashimpeer came to Bijapur on specific instructions from the Holy
Prophet of Islam(saw). He was
born and brought up in a highly scholastic atmosphere particularly under
influence of Hazrat Sayyedina Wajiuddin Hussaini Gujarati, popularly known as Haider Ali Saani.
It was rule of Ibrahim Adil Shah II when Hazrath Hashimpeer arrived in Bijapur. During his stay in Bijapur he influenced the rulers of Bijapur to give up their un-Islamic and heretic practices. The world famous monument of Gol Gumbaz is located near shrine of Hazrath Hashimpeer, owes its completion to the 10 years of life which Hazrath Hashimpeer granted to his disciple Sultan Mohammed Adil Shah.
Muhammad Adil Shah, a staunch Sunni Ruler, ascended the throne in 1627 at the comparatively young age of sixteen years.Muhammad’s glorious reign of thirty years witnessed some momentous historical events. Mohammed Adil Shah was buried near the tomb of his spiritual teacher Hazrath Hashimpeer Dastageer and is called as world famous Gol Gumbaz.( Google)

Was an emotional climb, up the Gol Gumbad. The World famous "Whispering Gallery
" Bijapur. Gol Gumbaz is the mausoleum of Mohammed Adil Shah , Sultan of Bijapur. The tomb, located in Bijapur, Karnataka in India , was completed in 1656 by the architect Yaqut of Dabul. The name finds its roots from Gola gummata deriving from Gol Gombadh meaning
"circular dome". [1] It is
constructed as per the Deccan architecture".
The structure is composed of a cube, 47.5 metres (156 ft) on each side, capped by a dome 44 m (144 ft) in external diameter. "Eight intersecting arches created by two rotated squares that create interlocking pendentives " support the dome. At each of the four corners of the cube, is a dome-capped octagonal tower seven stories high with a staircase inside. [2] The
upper floor of each opens on to a round gallery which surrounds the dome. Inside the mausoleum hall, is a square podium with steps on each side. In the middle of the podium, a cenotaph slab on the ground marks the actual grave below, "the only instance of this
practice" in the architecture of the Adil Shahi Dynasty. In the middle of the north side, "a large semi- octagonal bay" protrudes out. [2] With an area
of
1,700 m 2 (18,000 sq ft), [3] the mausoleum has one of the biggest single chamber spaces in the
world. Running around the inside of the dome is the "Whispering Gallery" where even the
softest
sound can be heard on the other side of the mausoleum due to the acoustics of the space. (
