Polaris, (alpha UMi Ursae Minoris, commonly North star is the brightest star in the constellation.It is of utmost importance in celestial navigation , name comes from latin word Polaris , of/near the north pole. The influence of the stars from above my terrace garden, years of watching the stars , some shining brightly , some dim but yet glowing, some looking reddish and some bluish where as some smiling and some with direct glaring look, these stars are amazing! I was so fascinated with the one that came just after sun set, most bright and glowing, looking as if it was alone in the majestic sky.
